Description of our Program

Our Fall session will run from September 3rd to December 30th 2019

Our little engineers range from 2 to 6 years old. Our curriculum is based on learning through the arts. We choose art because it excites the “brain” and it stimulates mental growth. Art is a mysterious form that allows children to learn and express their curiosity and cognitive abilities: using creativity, giving image, word, sound, or movements to something that is often elusive. Children are born as artists being both, creative and the “eye” of scientific, where they search for artistic expressions.

There are 3 teachers in the program. The teachers have degrees in education and each have more than 6 years of teaching experience in interacting with and teaching young children. Parents who leave their children with us will know that the children are getting exceptional care in a stimulating environment. Though being separated from one’s children is always difficult, parents will know that at Little Trains Daycare, their children are safe and as close to home as they can get without actually being there.

Our set school schedule for the children: School opens at 8 AM, snack time will be at 10-10:30, lunch will be at 12 noon, naptime from 1:00 pm-3:00 PM, end of day 6 PM.

When parents sign up and confirm, every week, we will send out a schedule for all the activities our program will be conducting. Communication: We will add parents in the group text and email where pictures will be sent and communicate there.
